Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges:

- We have a 15 day return policy.  However, returns and exchanges are not supported if a customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.  

- There are no refunds if customer provides incorrect shipping address or for delays in shipping process once the carrier receives package.  If it is lost in the mail yes, but not for late delivery.  We always recommend choosing the fastest shipping option if item is time sensitive.

- For shirt designs there is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.
